Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. MoneyMistri is a cloud-based web application — you use it from any browser, including your phone. For syncing to Tally, we provide a lightweight desktop connector that runs alongside Tally Prime on the computer where Tally lives. It takes under 2 minutes to set up.
How accurate is the AI data extraction?
Our extraction engine achieves 95%+ accuracy on standard Indian GST invoices. For the rest, deterministic checks — GSTIN checksum, tax-mode conflicts, totals consistency — flag exactly which fields need your eyes, and the review screen shows the original bill beside the extracted data so you can fix anything in one click. Nothing reaches Tally without passing through that review.
What types of bills and invoices are supported?
All standard Indian business documents: GST sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and expense receipts. You can upload PDFs, scanned images, or photos taken from your phone camera.
Is my financial data safe?
Your documents are processed only to run the product — never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used to train third-party public models. Uploaded files are auto-deleted after a retention window (currently 180 days). Traffic is encrypted, and the connector talks to Tally only on your own computer. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How does MoneyMistri help me find where my business is losing money?
